* Oversized gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry. Fully equipped with 2 microwaves, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a trash compactor. Granite counters and rich, cherry wood cabinets. Dining bay seats 14 around a granite table. Center island seats 10.
* Expansive living room with two conversation areas and a natural marble fireplace. Media room with cable, big screen TV, VCR, tape & CD player.Charming tiled patio overlooking the ocean, with built-in BBQ and wood burning fireplace.
* Three levels of spacious outdoor decks.
* Billiard room with slate billiard table, coral-stone fireplace and full size wet-bar kitchenette on the 3rd floor.
* Ceramic tile & cultured marble bathrooms throughout.
* Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, local pier, shopping & video rentals.
* Bed and bath linens provided
* Central air conditioning
* Outside amenities include: Private boardwalk to beach, 4 private beach showers, Ping Pong table, basketball, shuffleboard court, horseshoes, boardgames, and ample off-street parking.
